Dropping levels without notice

Just a concern, or me "venting", I suppose...but I recently, less than 24 hours ago... dropped to a level 1 seller/buyer without any forewarning.
I believe that, at the very least, there should be some kind of notice or warning before an individual gets dropped down a level. Before you jump to conclusions about a glitch, I did e-mail support, and they haven't gotten back with a sufficient answer other than giving me a link to the user level requirements and that I might have possibly violated some sort of rule to receive the demotion. Which, if the latter of the two being the case, I believe a system should be set in place to notify an individual of such violations. Additionally, if an account is about to drop any level's at all, why is there no notification system set in place to warn a user. The ramifications of dropping two levels at such an immediate place can be, rather drastic. I have about 10 services that I cater to buyers, and I cannot actually edit any of those services that cost under $5. I cannot even correct grammatical errors, or adjust pricing to a constantly fluctuating market. From the SEOClerks perspective, I cannot even fathom a potential benefit to demoting anyone, ever, after reaching a higher level. Money has been spent, money has been made, so why would they want to demote anyone? I've steadily been building clientele, orders seem to come in more frequently, which means SEOC gains more revenue. Myself being demoted from level 3, to level 1, does not allow me the ability to optimize my services rendered to clients.
I think the system currently set in place needs quite an overhaul and is definitely something to be looked into. I realize I am not the first person to complain, but I'm surprised a more serious inquiry has not already been set in motion. This has to do with money being made with all parties involved so I would like to hear some feedback or thoughts.

Did you fail to log in regularly or not meet one of the other requirements?

Anyway, I am sure support will be in touch.

I can assure you that I did not respond for the sake of free bumps, I do not require them.
It is clear you were dropped because you failed to meet the requirements that are clearly stated.
You weren't dropped for nothing, there was a reason.
It would be unfair to have people keep their level once earnt, as this would mean somebody that stopped signing in or started providing a bad service and had a rating under 90% could still be a level 3 seller.
When you reach X-Level then I believe it is harder to lose your level

If you wish to make a suggestion for a NEW Level Requirement/Criteria then you can do so here:

It seems that I was level 3 from when I used to purchase services. Now that I sell, and stopped buying...I got dropped down. I actually far exceed all level three requirements now...but am stuck on level one because of the level 2 requirement that says.. "complete one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old"... So I basically got dropped down because I never withdrew any of the money I made?
Does that make sense, or am I reading it wrong?

Have you tried to complete another payment? Try it and see if it is lifted after 20 days. I think you will get upgraded then.

Has the user levels been updated..?
The way I see it, if you reached user level 3 by purchasing services, you shouldn't be downgraded because you start to sell services, as long as you met the requirements for the upgrade in the first place.
