I can't withdraw my balance

A seller cancelled my order and I was suppose to be refunded my funds but it isn't showing up for me to put back into my bank

The amount which you used to load your account can't be returned to your bank! It's only returned to your balance so you can spend on some other services. Or you can try to contact help desk and discuss about it > http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

There's always a delay of this sort even offline, sometimes it could be a network issue but one just stick around for sometimes to see how it goes before panicking.But if it above 24 hours no positive response then contact the said site for a remedy.
