I am really irritated by Just rejecting delivered ordered.
I offer a wordpress plugin and People simply order get the plugin downloaded and Reject the delivered work and want their money.
After Purchasing they say its not supporting their Window , I don't have wordpress site, I can not set up it.
Oh! God...
Do you guys have some solution to stop this while Description Already say its for WORDPRESS ONLY.
How can they such a fool and If I delivered again they threaten to Leave negative feedback. Does it not a simply Blackmailing.

In you place (if your service clearly describe it as wp plugin) i would contact help desk! It's his problem if he didn't read description of your service. In that case i wouldn't argue with buyer, just contact support asap

I am developing and selling WordPress themes and plugins. From time to time it happens that some thing is working on most servers and WordPress blogs and few of them don't (mainly because of some server restrictions) but i always offer free support to fix things if possible.
If they allow you to fix it on their website, then fix it, or if it really doesn't work you have to give them money back, fair enough.
If you can't provide real support for product you selling then you risking much!
I also had buyer who bought my theme, keep it and rise support ticket to get his money back because he said it's not good (while everyone else is VERY HAPPY with it) so i was forced to return his money to keep my positive feedback, that's usually scammers who "want to eat cake and get money back".
If you know that your product is working 100%, you may submit ticket to help desk and try to explain what is happening, to keep your reputation and money.
