hi,
i have few problems with seo clerk service and i hope someone can help out here.

1. i purchase a service as a test worth of 4$ which was automatically denied. i contacted the support group and they said it's the due to me using VPN and was told my money will be refunded and i can either do a manual verification by sending my full name and picture or disable the proxy. I sent my details and disable the my proxy then got refund mail from paypal. i tried repurchasing and i got another error saying

"
This account is no longer allowed to order services from sellers. Please contact support if you feel this is an error."

and at this point, i am confuse and don't know what else to do.

Can someone please help.

yeah, the thing is. i did contact support and got nothing. i even use the support ticket. they only change my ticket number which alerted me of changed ticket number but they never gave me certain reasons. so i can't stop thinking and i am a little bit curios about the whole system, if it's real or not.

@Asmodeus, i checked your profile, do you have a demo page for your traffic reseller site?

Typically, an account will be set as 'cannot order' by admin when there has been a fraudulent transaction. In that situation, your order would have been cancelled and money refunded to your payment source.

Sometimes using a VPN that causes your IP to be different than that of your billing address will cause your account to be automatically flagged.

then how do you define fraudulent when the buyer is paying even when the buyer paid with his credit card and paypal account and send you details concerning upon request. i even turn off my vpn so they could see the real ip address. i won't be on this forum talking about this if i have a fraudulent objectives. i hope the support team can reply my mail today, been waiting since friday.

I checked on this matter and your ticket #19514 is still open and admin has responded back several times. Admin has already instructed you to provide a photo identification, such as state ID, driver's license, passport (with photo), etc. This should be an official document that contains your photo not just a self photo. Full name and the photo are the important parts, you can black/blur out any other details.

Please respond back to admin on your ticket #19514 on our support desk with the required information so he can verify your identity. Providing this required information will greatly assist our team in helping you out.

Thanks Beverly, the last mail sent was requesting my photo verification and they weren't specific as the type of veririfcation they require. I will send a copy of my passport copy immediately, hopefully this will solve the issue.

You must be rating people negatively and then wanting money in return to improve the feedback or you are using proxies during purchase this may on seoclerks safety lock under fraudulent transaction.
