As I got order from him But I am confused after watching his profile this guy joined SC in 2013 & level3 but do not have any seller or buyer ratings nor having recommendations, no forum activity.

While ago i was confused with same question. Here is just another idea what you can do to find out more:
Search Google for:
Like this:
google.com/search?q=site:seoclerks.com saulke
then you will get idea if his username appear on some pages or if he submitted some reviews or other things... It helps too ;)
I just found few services where he left feedbacks

NaturalWriter My suggestion would be to communicate with the person. As you are getting to know them, perhaps you'll get a gut feeling to back-out or proceed. With some, you'll get that immediate feeling while others you have to get to know them a bit more. Keep records of everything you do for them, including screenshots.
