Will you always go with the cheapest price?

When selecting a service to buy on SEOClerks, will you always choose the one that is the cheapest? Or, do you factor in other things such as the seller's user level; previous recommendations/reviews; response time, etc?

If I am looking for something that is fixed and quality is irrelevant (Hotmail accounts for example), than I go for the cheapest price.

If I am looking for something more general where quality matters, I rarely go with the cheapest price. Depends on approach of a bidder, I usually easily see the quality just by checking out the offers.

Quality first, for things such as blog posts, forum posts and writing. If you go cheap on writing or posts, then you will usually get lousy writing.

I don't buy services as I do most things for myself. But, if I were to buy anything then I might go for quality over price to ensure I was getting the best value for mymoney.

I would say that one needs to go with quality over the lowest price. You can not always have your cake and eat it too with the lowest price.

To me, i wont mind the price provided it is not too costly i go for the gig that is of high quality and one that am sure will deliver good results for me by carefully checking the gig description and clients reviews. if i am satisfied, i go for it. i don't necessarily go for the price.

quality can be determined by checking past customers reviews and studying the service description carefully.

Not always but in most cases, I will choose the cheap price. However, more than the price what I get is more important, in other words, I also care about the quality of services I am getting. Let me exemplify. I want a writer to write for me, I post the job. A writer from America offers writing service at $10 for 500 words and a writer from India offers to do the work for $5. I might choose the writer from India, not because he is offering to work for less but I know $5 means a lot of money in India because of foreign exchange and the writer even though may not be using English as the first language, might be good at writing.
