If I am looking for something more general where quality matters, I rarely go with the cheapest price. Depends on approach of a bidder, I usually easily see the quality just by checking out the offers. If I am looking for something that is fixed and quality is irrelevant (Hotmail accounts for example), than I go for the cheapest price.
