Negative feedback though you spent a long time on the job

I feel really sorry for the person who spends a week working on a job and then gets negative feedback even when they put their heart and soul into it. That's the real tragedy of negative feedback. No one is preventing a buyer from giving it even when it's not justified.

It's tough as heck to make sure you're clients are satisfied enough to leave feedback. Even though, I've have mostly great experiences, it's still feels like there's an big purple elephant in the room until the job is complete and you receive the review you've worked for. Or for me it's like that anyway...lol

Hi Gemison,

If feedback is truly without doubt false/unfair then you're always welcome to contact the helpdesk and it can be reviewed. Of course you would want to support your own services and try to work out any issues the buyer has first.

Karoshio
