If the order is currently 'In Progress' and they simply have not delivered yet you can use the 'Cancel' tab found on the message box to start the cancellation process. Simple fill it out and then that will take 48 hours to complete itself.
If the order is 'Delivered' you have 5 days to reject the work before it's .Completed. which can also be done from a tab on the message box. Once Rejected the 'Cancel' tab previously mentioned will appear.
