How to get your buyers happy

Hello everybody, I am talking about a very important something that will help all the sellers, and it's " How to get your buyers happy", all of us want to complete the order with the buyers good review, here are some tips that will help you guys:

  1. Speak to the buyer politely and with a non-formal way, neither a friendy way, be in the middle.
  2. Ask you buyer if there's anything s/he want to change in the order.
  3. Tell your buyer that you're working your best to deliver the order completely correct.
  4. Don't ask your buyer too many questions, and never try to be his/her friend, if s/he wants to be your friend s/he will tell you, we're here to work.
  5. If you think that your buyer is unhappy with your work, before telling him to rate you, give him a present (ex: if you are offering 1,000 facebook likes, give him 100 more as a gift to cheer him)

Hello goldenreem,

I like your tips and I agree to 2,3 & 5 ,I dont disagree with other two but I think it totally depends on buyer . Usually 95% of my buyers like being friendly while other 5% are just rude and want there work even they dont review after being delivered .
But I got 99% of the recommendation from my friendly buyers , Personally I am polite and very friendly and I treat all my buyers in the same way and it worked well for me and most of those buyers always return for more even few of my buyers waited for 3 days as my youtube service was down they didnt go anywhere its not because I am giving it in cheap my prices are little up than usual but they waited because they really like the way of my delivery and my communication you can read my reviews most of them you will see saying nice stuff so being friendly really worked for me How to get your buyers happy

sure, some dont give feedback later but if you try to really emphasize on that feedback issue, they will surely give most especially if you over-deliver or give a reasonable bonus or do a good-quality job for them.

I enjoyed reading the tips you gave above for a constant communication with the buyer is important to make them feel at home and see you not only as a seller but a friend as well.
