Hi some tips from me who want to be a Level X as elite user.
For example:
1. regular forum participation and intention to help other guy
2. Seoclerks FAQ answering participation regularly
3. Make website for an affiliate store for getting affiliate
4. Promote your service by inserting affiliate code
5. Promote seoclerks banner to other website
6. make google+ profile for seoclerks
7. Make social media page for seoclerks
8. keep your reputation to your client as a seller or buyer

And other some qualification you will achieve by passing time with Seoclerks, which more easy comparatively others.
For example:
User level: must to Level 3
Response time: Keep low
Order delivery in time
No infraction
Over 90% ratting

So finally I want to say do something for seoclerks for growing up their reputation by your innovative and own Idea.

Hi If your infraction active in that time then cause may happen. But infraction impose for an certain time. And it will expired within certain period. But if you have expired infraction, fact will not happen for getting level X.
So do not worry

Good to know... I already have 2 expired infractions (1st because they thing I was selling warez: manually do a FULL Premium SEO Suite, and latest because a robber from India tried to steal my work, then reporting me for not doing my work for free and being racist because I refused his request).

About G+... it seems this social network rejects/delete any seoclerks link/post.
