Hello,
You will need to create a new service for this.
-Create a new service.
-Set the price you and your customer agreed on.
-Enter whatever details you want. Something like: "Custom order for John Doe534."
-Give the Service URL to your client.
By doing this, your client will be able to purchase the service, others will not purchase it as they don't know what they'll get by ordering your service.. On top of that, you and your client already agreed on things in private messages etc, so you should have enough evidence in case something goes wrong along the way. Just make sure you deliver everything exactly as agreed on, and that you also write this within the delivery message when you complete the work. That way, nothing bad should happen.

I think Custom offer option is not available in SEOclerk but you can edit your gig according to your client's requirements.
