There are so many Level 3 and Level X sellers on SEOClerks now, offering a variety of services. Would you even try out a Level 1 SEOClerks seller?

Sadly due to my low rank nobody will buy from me.

I have a feeling that FB fans and Twitter followers are sold by most sellers here and that's why you can't stand out from other sellers. Offer something unique, that's my suggestion.

Well, I'm Level X5..
Would I buy something from a Level 1 user?
- Sure I would, as long as I get satisfying results.
Do I prefer to buy services from Level X?
-Yeah. You've all mentioned the reason already. It's because level X sellers are proven to work.
Level 1 sellers CAN be a risk and Level X sellers shouldn't be. (I say shouldn't because Life is always Life.) That's why people prefer to hire sellers with higher user level. With that said, I honestly believe it's more awkward being a level 1 seller with 500+ positive ratings than a Level 1 with 1 postive rating.. I'd go with the Level 1 seller who's got 1 postive rating any day instead of the one with 500+..
Being a level 1 seller.. or even 2 at this time when the user levels has been changed, with 500 positive ratings is.. Awkward. Whenever I stumble upon such a seller I run away. It's a warning in my book. I don't know the reason for the seller to be level 1 but the feeling I get isn't good at all.
So, basically. I'd buy from a level 1 seller but I prefer a Level X. If the Level 1 seller has good offers, provides quality/good results and the communication is great, I'd have no problem at all hiring that same seller again.

I'd be interested to know the circumstance behind something like that, as the level 1 seller with 500 positives started with just 1 at some point. Maybe they just lost their level through something relatively minor.
-Personally, I wouldn't bother to find out the actual reason of why they've lost their status. It's a whole other scenario if that specific seller states the reasons within their status or something. Then I'd be okay with them being a level 1. If the reason is legit so to speak.
Look at that huge thread on here about the user who simply didn't get back to one buyer within the 3 day response time while she was on vacation and lost everything and went right back to level 1. Does that make her a "bad" seller worthy of a "risk" status because she has 100's of reviews, but is now showing as level 1?
-No, I can't say I think that person is a bad seller or deserves a "risk" status. However, you as a seller have options. You could mark your services as "sold out" for instance. During the time you're on vacation. Other things you could do, is to set your delivery time higher. Perhaps 14 days instead of 3. You could also update your status and your description and tell your customers that you won't be able to deliver because you're on vacation or whatever the reason might be. Buyers shouldn't have to wait because the seller is on a vacation. Instead of doing nothing at all, you can choose to do something.
Last week I received an infraction for supposedly selling warez, which I wasn't and it was removed by support, but that's enough to drop your level when it happens, even if you're a level 5. Does that make me a bad seller?
-No. Of course you're not a bad seller when you didn't do anything wrong. I've never had that problem myself, but your user level shouldn't be affected if the support removed the infraction..?
Also, a level 5+ seller must maintain a 24 hour response time, but accidents happen....life happens. Should that person lose their level because they are recovering from a car accident and can't get to a computer?
-There's always circumstances and no, I don't think they should loose their level because of an accident. That would be terrible! I'm sure the support would reinstate the user level if such a case appear. As long as they can prove what happened some how.
Lots of sellers I've seen have 100's of great reviews, but are still level 1 or 2 because of the minor leveling rules that have nothing to do with quality. The great reviews and service offered is what I go by when deciding to purchase...not their level number.
In actual fact, the 2 worst sellers I've dealt with so far on SEOclerks are both level 3+, NOT level 1.
-I'm truly sorry for the bad experiences you've had with level 3+ sellers. You should never go by user levels alone, I know that too, but I'd expect a user level 3+ to be honest & providing quality results and offer support/guarantees. With that said, a level 1 user is most likely, at least most of the times a new seller. When these people are creating their services they have 0 postive ratings. That's why I prefer to hire someone with a higher user level but I'd go with a user level 1 too, but not as often as a Level X for instance. Any user with 500 positive ratings is great but I'd prefer doing business with a Level X with 100 instead of a Level 1 with 500.. That's just the way it is.
I understand that life happens. I understand that accidents can happen and that people can get hit by a car etc.. I understand that and I'd never say a bad word if their user levels dropped because of such reasons. The thing is, that most people DON'T get hit by cars. Most people who gets infractions and user level drops deserve it, one way or another. (selling warez for instance) Those are the ones I'm talking about. Those are the ones who gives me a bad feeling when I see their 500+ positive ratings and still being a level 1 user. The sad part is, that specific seller I see at that moment, CAN be a seller who got a user level drop because of an accident.. I have to draw my line somewhere and user level 1 with 500+ ratings is that line for me. I think it's odd & I personally stay away from such people. That said, they could be the most affordable and the best delivering dudes I've ever seen.. But I'll probably never find out, in case they don't inform me about what happened as I stated in the beginning of the post.

I'm going to leave it at that because the last time I tried to debate a point about unfair misconceptions against level 1 sellers I got dinged for it by a moderator, and that's a whole other unfair topic for discussion, as the only thing it leaves me to be allowed to say in this forum are useless posts like "Welcome", "Great Post!", "I like cheese", etc. Trying to make everything a "feel good" post completely kills intelligent discussion, which is something I usually enjoy.
It was nice chatting to you

If that person could produce proof of other work created, such as links to blog posts, etc to showcase writing quality, then I might consider hiring them. However, I would most likely hire someone with a Level X designation.
Are you sure you want to delete this post?
There are sufficient highly qualified sellers here to choose from, most of whom have spent years building a solid Level 3 or Level X reputation. These people will work so hard to keep customers happy. And, really you have no assurance of that with a Level 1 seller. So I can see why it would be difficult for a brand new seller to break in and gain trust of buyers.

If I'm not risking a lot of money then I will buy from a Level 1 buyer. But, still that is five dollars for a service, not $1.00, so if the service is bad, then I'm out of five dollars. I would have to think about it more. I would not mind risking $1.00 to try someone out.

Maybe someone has just started actively using SEOClerks as a member and that's why they are level one as it takes a lot of time to work your way up through the requirements to reach Level Two. So you can't think the worst of someone here just because they are Level One. Maybe they are going at a slower pace or taking another route for customers and just using this site as one way to reach people online.

I am a level 3 user here in SEOclerks.com but not getting any sales from 2 weeks. Is there any problem facing SEOClerks.com?There are many factors cause you not to get any sales. Some of the factors are your pricing too high, deadline too long, description not attractive, didn't bump your gig for a long time, etc. You can entirely blame SEOClerks.

For me, I only look at prices. :D If the level 1 seller pricing is good, I'll definitely buy. :)
I am a level 3 user here in SEOclerks.com but not getting any sales from 2 weeks. Hi there,
The "risk" I'm referring to in this case, is the fraud/scam one. I don't mean that all level 1 sellers are fraudsters or anything, so don't get me wrong. What I mean by stating the above is just that level 1 sellers doesn't have a "record" yet, which COULD mean, that you're taking a "risk" as a buyer, compared to if you hire a Level X seller instead. Sure, Level X sellers COULD sell garbage and "steal" your money too, but it's a low risk compared to a new seller since Level X isn't that easy to achieve.

Ohh long discussion, I think I also at that stage some times and just reached the level 2.
There are 2 important things, If I were a buyer I would prefer good service and hope the level 3 people would do it. But I have different experience too. Some of the level 3 sellers do there delivery after 5-6 days. While new ones would do it soon.
Are you sure you want to delete this post?
I am also on level 3 and i probably deliver my product instantly or in 24 hours, its depend on my gig type, about level 3 seller late deliver there is multiple reason are going around,
Are you sure you want to delete this post?
Yes why not if level 1 seller offer same service as level 3 seller if it is cheap and same effective as it is for level 3 or X for sure i willl buy frmo that level 1 buyer as all matter to buyer is quality and money ..
So for less money if i get same quality i will go with it for sure..

I am purely a buyer. I do not sell any services. I have bought 4 gigs from two people, one from a level 3 seller and the other 3 gigs from a level 1 seller. As a buyer, levels mean nothing to me. I look at the service itself and whether the gig has recent good feedback. That's what I like to see, not "levelx."
