I do some freelance work that require that I put in a minimum number of hours, even when being paid by the project. This ensures the client that I will devote a certain amount of time for the work involved and so I always price accordingly. So far, I am just reporting the hours worked on specific days but feel like I might want to use a software to provide accountability for myself. Can you recommend something?

There are some other software that will screen capture your desktop at various intervals through out the day and email a pic to your customers. This could be something worth using if you want proof for the client that you are devoting time to their work. Then again, maybe you have to do the work off of your computer too and there might be no way to document that time.
