Do you have your alerts set to send you an email message? What's your method or routine for keeping up with customer questions, so you can provide the highest quality customer service possible?

As soon as I get any message I try to reply that yes I have email alerts on.

It's good to respond fast. I have the SEOClerks site up all day in a tab. So I know when a message comes in, assuming I'm at my computer and not away. Whenever possible, I respond quickly, even if to just acknowledge that I've read the message. If I can't give an answer on a situation, then I let them know I'll research it. But, usually customers message with feedback or further instructions, which is always appreciated.

Nice Question....I will check my Seoclerks Alerts every 5 minutes....Response time - 6 hours....I always try to be fast and respond the clients instantly....Also I use my Mail App as a reminder....

Isn't response time a combination of time it takes you to respond to a message from the buyer as well as completion time for a purchased service? Even if you respond to messages in five minutes and a job takes a month, it will balance out.
