I Logged in to SEOclerks daily for 1 Year-6 months-24 days! Where am I now?

1,500+ thumbs ups without a single thumb down! It wasn't easy for me to get to this position, as I was completely new to the online world, and I didn't even knew that the online working was possible. Yes, it's now 1 year 6 months and 24 days since I ever joined SEOclerks, and throughout this period, my profile always displayed "Last Logged in Today".

I still remember the day when I worked 18 hours! I used to write articles at that time, which frankly was a backbreaking job. But, I feel proud today that I ever worked so hard. My interest and enthusiasm to complete the given task within the prescribed time became the best weapon using which I've reached to this level. I've now involved myself in Social Media Marketing services, and my clients know me by my work and honesty.

After working 1.5 years as a freelancer, I've learnt a lesson about business, - "Even if your service is world class, there might be a few people who might not like it, as all five fingers on a palm aren't equal. They best thing you can do at such occasions is 'talk'!" Yes, talk to your client and try to understand their perspective. DO NOT ignore any of their minor or major complains. Follow these 2 simple rules while talking:
1. Customers are always right!
2. Customers are never wrong!

These 2 simple rules are going to take you much higher than your expectations.

I'm glad I started my online career from SEOclerks, and now I've hundreds of clients in and out of it. I'm sure I'm gonna increase the number. I thank the SEOclerks team for giving such a good platform to learn and earn for enthusiasts businessmen like me!

Congratulations on your success!!! I Logged in to SEOclerks daily for 1 Year-6 months-24 days! Where am I now?

While I don't agree with you on the "Customers are always right! Customers are never wrong!" part, as customers CAN be wrong, and are sometimes, as there are many threads on this and other forums on how unreasonable they can be, it's great that you haven't had such bad experiences as some other sellers have had.

Keep up the great work!

Hi,
Thanks for your post.
In a bag of 100 potatoes, one or two might be rotten! There is always a space for imperfection. So, obviously, there are a few customers who can go wrong and be unreasonable as you said. To your surprise, I too had to deal with some of such customers. At such circumstances, I create an illusion in front of them making them believe that I'm supporting them, but in actual, I am not! After giving a supportive reply to their UNREASONABLE QUERY, I make them wait for an UNREASONABLE TIME, giving them a logical reason. TIT FOR TAT! after a few days of wait, he'll lose his patience and stop bothering you. I'm sure you won't expect a feedback from such customer.

This is a technique what i use, and so far, it has worked too!

Even when there is no job to do i always research new ideas, tactics, improvements... So, being freelancer is not easy job, but i like it.
In my carrier i bumped in all kind of good and bad, picky customers, but that's part of our job. It's hard to make all people happy even when you doing best job for them and it can be very disappointing if they shot you with thumb down, 20 revisions of your work, asking for money back.... But just keep calm and do your best (as you do) and keep your nerves strong I Logged in to SEOclerks daily for 1 Year-6 months-24 days! Where am I now?

I have to agree. Customers are what gives us the bread. So we have to understand even if they are wrong. And you can learn a lot from them. So based on that understanding we freelancers can make some serious money. You can see that there are really good options for many people out there. And marketplace like this can be a good money earner. Good to see that you are successful here. It's definitely motivating.
