This user has not given me anything in weeks now

how do i arrange my money back as this user didn't deliver anything and is ignoring me

weeks?? why did you wait so long. You should try to contact seller to negotiate delivery or cancel the job. At the end if nothing happen, you can contact HELP DESK for refund

you are correct it is my fault for not contacting someone earlier for a refund although the user after 2 days did say it will take abit longer since he is very sick but now its been 3 weeks and he stopped answering me. i am guessing nothing can be done but atleast i want to warn everyone not to use them

ORDER PROCEDURE

After payment has cleared, the Seller will be notified about the service and start working. Buyer will be notified of order status changes by email. After Buyer accepts service, the payment will be credited to the Seller’s account. Users are not permitted to offer or accept to communicate with other SEOClerks users outside of the SEOClerks messaging system. Doing so, will get the account blocked permanently.



LATE DELIVERY

If a Seller is late and has provided no communication, we encourage buyers to cancel the order as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled at any time by the buyer or seller.



MUTUAL ORDER CANCELLATION

Both, Buyer and Seller may at any time mutually cancel the order without a negative effect on the seller’s rating. Money from cancellations will be refunded to the Buyer´s SEOClerks account balance.



DELIVERING ORDERS

SEOClerks shall not be held reliable for quality of services delivered. Buyers must choose carefully who they order from and should always check rating and comments from other users. All disputes are to be solved between the Buyer and the Seller directly: if a Buyer is unhappy with an order, he/she should reject the delivered work and insist on the service delivery as described in the service description. Buyer should also leave a negative rating.



DISPUTES

We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve issues between themselves. If for any reason this process fails, you can contact us at [email protected] If necessary, refunds will be deposited into the Buyer´s SEOClerks account balance.


This is taken from Terms of Service. I suppose that your order is marked as late, so you can simply cancel it and request your funds back to your SEOClerks account.
