Hi Jordan!
I have 2 quick suggestion to make.
1st: Provide emails notification for messages we receive. I think it is very important. [Update: My bad, its working]
2nd: New message notification is not required in ALERTS. As you can see them in Inbox. See screenshot below.
The second suggestion is not so important but please see if you can implement my 1st suggestion.

Bonus Suggestion!!;)
Once you edit your service. You get the message "Your service has been edited." Please add a link to preview your service there. It will be helpful. Almost every editor give a link to preview the saved edits.
I find one more bug. @jordan
strike through does not work while editing service.
