It has been a well known fact that, it requires 2 days to get an order cancelled mutually. But, Due to this delay, we may lose some more important things. We always need high quality of services from the seller, But, some sellers just don't show much importance to their buyers, And, for example, if we order traffic for a month, they will send traffic, for a week, and the what happens next, no one knows? So, I would like to suggest, an instant cancellation of an order, if the sellers fail to make deliveries on time, This will enable a buyer, to look for some other service, without loosing his valuable time.
Yes you are 100% right but in some cases buyer just order the service but not submit the requirement than its not possible

That's an obvious fact. 99% of the sellers are like that but you are not aware of the fraud buyers here who will go to any extent to get something for free. The policy you mentioned will only prove to be good for those fraud guys.
You are new here so you are not aware of another thing that one of the factors that define a seller level here is whether the seller delivers in time or not. Even if a seller is Level 4 seller, his level can be reduced to Level 1 if more than half of his orders are delivered late.
