Can I refund after complete a order?

hi everyone,
I'm new but an active seller her.
Recently I got some order. But I deliver a order by mistake. Then the buyer give me a negative rate.
I told him to withdraw this. But he don't know how to do.

Now will I able to refund him? what I need to do now?
(this balance is now awaiting clearance )

You or your buyer can't make refund if you waiting for clearance, BUT your buyer can contact help desk here http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit explain what happen and ask them to withdraw negative feedback and get refund from seoclerks!

You have a chance to change the rating upto 30 days of completion of order.
as buyer to do it , he can go to the item number and edit the rating
