Buyer mistakenly gave thumbs down

One of my buyer was no issue with the order, but he gave me thumbs down saying only "thank you"

I think he was full satisfy with my job but clicked mistakenly thumbs down. I contacted him but I am worried if he never come online it will be a big punishment for me for doing nothing wrong.

Is there any way I can remove that thumbs down.
