I bought a service yesterday and I can't find it anywhere in history

I bought a gig worth 5$ yesterday and came to check its status but I can;t find it anywhere . I am new here and maybe I am missing something.
Where can I find it

There is different tabs to choose, like: active, pending, cancelled... Check them all, it should be there

I checked out all the tabs active ,pending ,cancelled ,completed and all . It is not there and I am sure I did a transaction as I don't have that 5$ anymore
I checked my mail and the "Thankyou" mail was there itself . when I clicked tracking the order it redirects me to homepage .
I used a coupon which my friend gave me on signup

Hmm funny... Try to contact seller and see if he made any progress with your work.

But also i suggest to submit ticket to help desk http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Explain what happen and they will help you out for sure!

Website recently moved to new server so there could be some glitch, but official staff from help desk will solve it, just let them know!

if you did not find any where your order.
Go to your orders and check active and cancel. here you did not find then you contact the support staff.
