hello my seller agree with me a refund but there is no refund button or whatsoever how can we fix this problem? please help us there was some misscommunication with my referrer as well as the seller.

I'm not sure how to do a refund either. I looked on the site but it's not covered in the FAQ on how to do a refund.

can i still cancel my delivered purchase order? my seller agrees to do a refund but he doesnt know how. can somebody help us?

Generally the best thing is to do the refund when the product is not the best. For example, these are some refund policies I like the most when shopping for example, for some products

There is no option like refund there is a option called mutual cancellation where you and buyer agree to cancel the order and funds were return to buyer.
