How To Reduce Response Time and update level

Hey guys! so after long time

onece upon time im level 3 seller
i was sick and i cant log here

But again, I get a lot of active people get here, I got a good response to my situation, but did not get more than enough and I thank my former position

The response time is calculated on monthly basis. So if you constantly work for 1 month, you will see the improvement. Just continue with your good work, you will be promoted automatically.

I checked your profile , Your response time is one month and the required time for level 3 is 72 hours . I suggest you to respond to buyers asap when you get order so your response time will be gradually improved . Here is how response time is calculated

Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does notinclude your inbox, only the messages within orders.
