What is the secondary password on SEOClerks?

Can you tell me the benefits of a secondary password and how it would help protect my account? And, do you use this feature?

A secondary password on SEOClerks is a good idea as it protects your account. If someone were to guess your login password, they would still need a secondary password to change your Paypal or payment email address to transfer out money.

Though even with a secondary password, an account thief could cancel all your jobs and services. Isn't that right?
