My message are spam?

Seems like you send mass message. Its against SEOClerks TOS. You may be infracted check. Don't worry Contact the Support team and explain them what you did. They will help you.

Vinoth I dont know I did it by mistake I sent around 15 messages about my new service even I bought a service from you last week may be you know me .. Please help me Now when i try to send a message to somone it says

Don't worry @farahkhan . You send mass message so only you not allowed to send messages. Customer support team will help you. No ham to your account. Explain customer support team what you did, they will help you.

Thanks you so much vinoth for help ... they remove restrictions but still I got an infraction which will last for 30 days I am demoted to level 1 please tell me how you got your infraction removed ?

Welcome. Infraction can't be removed. Don't repeat this again. Thats enough. Wait until infraction get over after that you get your level back.
