    that contain this features.....
    1) where i (webmaster) can upload medias such as mp3,videos for download.
    2) the download media should halve download counts
    3) the website will have a blog where webmaster can publish articles and news..
    4) youtube videos player emb
    5) event page for shows and concerts
    6) website is linked to my fb, fb fanage, my twitter, my instagram,my soundcloud ,and my google plus
    7) also share on fb,twitter,google+
    b ) a plarform on the web where visitors can buy uploaded media by paypal

    You can install Wordpress on any hosting for free, and then simply use plugins to do each of your requirements. I have a couple setup like that with counts, events, etc.
