i heard from some friends that level 3 users sometimes scare the level 1 user they wil ban the account. is it possible?? can a high level user ban the account of the new comer??

    No matter what user level someone is it doesn't give them any more power than any other user. Everyone is treated equal.

    I think this is not true. . Only ADMIN can banned you when you reach the limit of breaking team & conditions
