Do you copy other blogger's posts or quote frequently?

I like to create original content and rarely do more than quote a few lines from another blogger's posts. I don't want to copy anyone else's posts as I like to be unique. If the person is saying something that I want to make a comment on, then I will simply quote a few lines and link back to the original. In this way, they get a link back while I get a good source for my blog post. Do you ever copy another blogger's posts or simply quote when you want to make a point?

I don't want to cheat myself out of the experience of writing my own content. So, I don't copy (and rarely quote) other bloggers, unless it's from an official source. For me, writing is a very personal thing and I take a lot of joy in doing it for myself. And, though another blog post might inspire my writing, I always bring my own unique point of view and research to the project, rather than excerpting or copying what another blogger has done.

The only thing I would be worried about is legal complications for copying someone else's blog post.

I don't copy people's content because I know it not right so I do my best to write my own content and I love my blog to be unique and outstanding so I don't copy at all.

I think using the quoting system in which you just highlight what the person has written and quote back is far better to me than the copying the original content to avoid spamming. I enjoy making original contents as well as not a fan of copying and pasting of any form.

Oh, oh, I don’t like the title of this topic. Iknow that there are bloggers who copy other blogs whether they quote or not. But my idea of a blog is something that you have created from your stock knowledge and research, using your own words. Copying is not a good habit. I understand that you have to read other blogs, that’s a given for a blogger, but if you have that tendency to copy then I guess you have to stop reading other blogs.

This is something that I have never done as I consider this to be unethical. If you think about the hard work and amount of time that the blogger spent to write those few lines then you will never resort to copying. I hate plagiarists.
