How much time do you spend on your forum daily?

Do you spend at least an hour on your forum daily, either on the threads reading/responding or behind the scenes tweaking the software, etc? Or, do you take a more laid back hands off approach to forum management?

About three hours, checking threads; dealing with staff and forum members and posting new discussions. But that's also spread out over the day, not just at one time.

I spend almost 7 hours daily but I do take breaks in between because I have other chores to attend to.

I still remember the days when the forum of my husband’s office website was launched. He was in the office during the daytime and when he comes home, he would be on their forum after dinner until midnight. Although there was an admin and a mod, he was always present as much as he can. But after 2 months, maybe his enthusiasm had waned and he would just be on their forum for an hour at night and about 4 hours during weekends when they have no office.

I don't have a forum, however, I participate on over a dozen forums every day. I spend around 2 hours every day in forum discussion. I am on numerous paid to post forums and participating in the discussion generates me money. I also participate in forums to drive traffic to my blogs and website.
