In addition, the service listing RSS feed now shows all categories and sections (services, software, ebooks, etc). Previously, it only showed services.

An RSS feed can be used to retrieve data and display it. For example, a website could have a sidebar widget which lists the first 5 want to buys (since the RSS feed supports affiliate numbers, it will display them with an affiliate link as well).

Another example would be a user using an RSS Feed reader to find new work. They add the WTB section to their reader and are alerted when a new job is posted.

Check out Wikipedia for more on RSS.

An API will be coming for this soon too so you might want to wait as the API version will be much better. RSS Feed now available for WTT and WTB

You should also list your software on CodeClerks. I spoke with Jordan already and he is willing to promote any software you list there that is unique. (You already have an account there, btw)

To see an example of RSS Feeds in Action, simply go to SEOClerks Blog; CommunityClerks.com

The Home Page is Filled with RSS Feeds in the Right Sidebars. Notice how they Scroll every few seconds with updated information.

If you want everything if the Feed to include your Affiliate ID (for example, My Affiliate ID is 3764), so I would add it to the end of each RSS URL as such (where "a" stands for "affiliate") -

https://www.seoclerks.com/rss/wtb?a=3764 (notice the Affiliate ID "/linkin/3764/" embedded into each URL in the Feed)
https://www.seoclerks.com/rss/wtt?a=3764

If you wish to see Services from Specific Users ONLY, simply do this (where "u" stands for "user") -

https://www.seoclerks.com/rss?u=exjordanary

If you wish to display Services by a Single User AND have your Affiliate ID embedded into each URL, simply use the "&" symbol:

https://www.seoclerks.com/rss?u=exjordanary&a=3764 (notice the Affiliate ID "/linkin/3764/" embedded into each URL in the Feed)

@jordan

Haven't heard any updates on this in a while. I need to able to separate WTT and WTB Feeds by User (instead of just a "General Feed".

I know it works for "Services"

But is there ANY Way to get the same for WTB and WTT

Such as:
https://www.seoclerks.com/rss/wtb?u=exjordanary&a=3764
or
https://www.seoclerks.com/rss/wtt?u=MyAffiliate&a=3764

I just want to be alerted whenever one of my Affiliates Posts a WTB, so I can see whether I can assist them in any way. After all, whenever they spend, the more I make, and the more SC makes.

I'm not asking for API, just RSS. Plus add this functionality.

Thanks!!
