I noticed there is new feature on our Seoclerks services to offer extra / custom affiliate commission to members who want to promote our services trough affiliate marketing with their affiliate links, and it's very nice and smart idea to use.
What would be best idea to let people know if we offering extra commission?

I've thought about this for the last few days and this is what I've come up with:
First of all, create a new status on SEOClerks, (Also tick the box for sending the status to your followers by email). Within that new status of yours you'll want to say something like: "All Affiliates will get 50% commission on all my services" or something similar. That's just step 1 though.
The next thing I would do, is to state that same thing within my service descriptions. On all of them. Even the services I won't give 50% affiliate commissions on, but in those descriptions I'll instead write something like this: "Want to promote my services? Get 50% commission on these:" and then I would link to the services they earn 50% commission from. Those links should obviously have your affiliate ID included too.
The third thing I would do is:
On Facebook, Twitter or whatever Social media you're using, just simply make a new status update on your fan pages, on your account etc. With the same type of message as you've already put in your service descriptions.
Another thing you might wanna consider is to promote your own profile in various forums or in large facebook groups, and not to make direct sales but to get people to promote your services. That way you'll offer people an option to make money (which is highly appreciated in certain groups), meanwhile you'll be making money from increased sales.
Best Regards,
