Does Twitter traffic convert to sign ups or sales?

Does Twitter traffic work for converting to leads and sales? Mostly, I have received bot traffic from twitter with a lot of fake accounts, no real results. Also, just curious about the Twitter ad program, if you've tried it and what results you've seen.

Yes, as hitmeasap said, it works and follow that tutorial as he mentioned, but in addition to that i have to say it also depend on quiality of your landing page where you drive your traffic from Twitter. There is various techniques how to grab visitors attention to convert him / her into subscriber or customer. It may be explained in future posts as well.
When it comes to Twitter ads, i have to say they working good, but it's more expensive then you can get quality Twitter services here at seoclerks, so just do little research and compare prices!

Hello,
Twitter definitely works for leads and sales, but it all depends on how you use Twitter. It depends on your tweets, hashtags and other things like that. If you have images etc. You could read this FAQ by anwebservices. He explains how to tweet and what you should and could do to reach more people. A very good FAQ to have in mind when you start to use Twitter. However, I have no experience using the Ad program so I won't be able to help you with that.

Best Regards,
hitmeasap

When it comes to social media like Twitter and Facebook, what looks important to me is the users inside your network. I have my own Facebook account and about half of the people in my friends list do not react at all even if they are real people whom I know personally. In making leads in Twitter maybe that same condition that I mentioned about Facebook also applies.
