The short answer is no. If a person have already signed up to SEOClerks using the direct website address. That person is not affiliated with anyone. It doesn't matter if that particular person are using your affiliate urls later on. He will not become your affiliate. I have actually had a few scenarios during the time I gave away free $5 coupons for new affiliates, when some people didn't use my affiliate ID when they created their SEOClerks account, and they never became affiliated with me in any way even after they tried using my affiliate links later on to purchase the services I recommended. You'll need to make sure that the people you try to get as your affiliates does not have existing SEOClerks accounts and that they're using your Affiliate ID the first time they visit SEOClerks Market place. Another thing I've ran into is people using another persons affiliate ID when they visit SEOClerks the first time, but does not become members during that time, and when they visit SEOClerks again, using my Affiliate ID, they became affiliated with the first affiliate due to cookies in their web browsers.
