This accounting software is very simple and easy to handle.
You can turn your General Journal entries into the Ledger of your choice with a single click of mouse or typing few beginning characters from its Head of Account. It can hold a certain no. of data records for a financial year for your small business.
SETTING UP OF ACCOUNT
You only need to enter the Title of Account in the Chart of Accounts list and you are ready to make postings to those accounts in General Journal.
However, you might need to enter the opening balance for the real accounts by making an entry with the description "OPENING BALANCE" in the General Journal and date that of the first day of your Financial year.
Account no. are not used in the software Hence, there is no need to remember long account numbers. Rather Account Heads are used so they should be Identical.
FLEXIBILITY & EASE
You may leave certain data to be entered afterwards at your ease. However, it keeps an aye on any Non-Existent or duplication of account heads as well as help you locate the unbalanced entries to keep your Trial Balance equal.
