Im going to create web 2.0 profile backlinks, only on sites that has a lot of authority in googles eyes. The PR on main domain is from 7 to 10.
These sites are not just some sites that you can spam with tools like xrumer. But web 2.0 sites like adobe, apple, amazon, mozilla, opera, drupal, just huge authorities!
Its very important what website is linking to you, even if the link comes from inner pages, but its also important the page itself.
Thats why i will create different type of backlinks (no/dofollow, not/anchored, not/contextual, backlink in different places etc) so it will look very natural. Where is the PR exactly?
As i promised on my description, PR is on main domain, not page or subdomain, ex:
http://my.opera.com/login/about/ - n/a profile page
http://my.opera.com/ - PR8 subdomain

Even if the page itself don't have PR, it has SEO value, for Google its also important, what domain is linking to you, even if the link comes from internal page, just check your Google webmaster tool, you will see only main domains linking to you.
