It will get information regarding real estate house and condos information [address,beds,baths and etc] from a txt file which is given by idx for each realtors .This software which i created will fetch information from that txt file or site which has idx information and give information regarding real estate.If you need a software of your need you can give information regarding how you need that application to be ,so that i can build software for your usage and your liking.

What kind of information does the software gather within the IDX website? I want to get an understanding of why the software was created. I am interested but need to have a better understanding of the benefits of the software. That way, I can figure out other uses or applications for the software and have you build the software for my needs.
